THOUGHTS AND INCIDENTS

[T] Depart 7.45AM Monday 19th Oct 87. Delays, Bus fully booked. Had to return to Grosmont 4 hours after leaving (Bought a large mince and onion pie). Good value (could feed many people)
Woman in the information office had a large wart on each cheek.
(Monday was an overcast day.) Mark's "Food Bag" was rendered useless. We booked seats on the 12:35AM (Tuesday) service. The Dales looked the same.
After much deliberation, we decided to sod the train back to Middlesbrough, instead we went to Grosmont's single pub and drank several farewells, eventually arriving at the depot at 12:05
